Carolyn Matheson Carolyn Matheson Carolyn is a Master Certified Coach, and works with executives and their teams across the world. She has pioneered an innovative approach to coaching, combining many years of high performance coaching with a holistic approach to work/life balance and has coached hundreds of leaders and their teams. A professionally trained coach and facilitator, Carolyn has worked in a wide range of business sectors including healthcare and pharmaceutical, financial services, communication, IT, media as well as Not-for-Profit and public sector organisations. Her role as a coach is not to offer solutions but to facilitate, challenge, and support individuals to find in themselves the resources to make the changes that they want to happen.
