The United States of America was attacked during 9-11 by International Murderous Terrorists and this really upset most Americans. How or why would anyone do such a thing? Apparently the US was no longer off-limits to the rest of the World's problems across the oceans.

Our Think Tank was quite concerned and we sponsored a roll playing game and came up with 20 worst-case scenarios of plots that the International Terrorists might try to exploit. We then made recommendations on how to defeat these scenarios. Of the 20 scenarios after running simulations we were able to figure out how to defeat 14 of the 20. Here is worst-case scenario number 8;

"International Terrorists in 15 major cities hijack School buses the 90 passenger transit type Crown buses. Then they hold the student for hostage and then blow them up. Or drive them into another bus unloading at the school or by driving them into the school and another group of children."

This scenario seems likely because these are buses and the International Terrorists realize how much we care about our kids in America. And in Israel terrorist groups often target buses. This is one of their targets. Such a worst-case scenario would psychological send another death-blow to American Confidence in our System. I have been around the school bus industry for a while and seen the labor, that drive these buses, they are $7-9 per hour types. The drivers are usually overweight and there is no way they could stop two terrorists with guns. My company is BusWashGuys.com and we are keenly aware of the situation.

After 9-11 until about 2004 these buses only had radios and unless the driver was able to get off a message, no one would know they are in trouble and none of them had tracking systems yet. They would not even have to blow themselves up, as they could commit horrific crimes and then get away.

Our Think Tank figured out how best to deal with such a threat and today our school buses are fully tracked in the large cities, many have video cameras and even real time communication above and beyond the simple old radios dispatch systems of pre-911. An attack of this type would not be able to be carried out on any large scale. We have sealed up this potential threat.

Chock another one up for Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Transportation. Let me say this, just because you do not see the DHS doing their job, do not think that the smartest people in the world are not working behind the scenes. Consider this in 2006.
